The Back to School Deals Have Started!

There are lots of awesome sales starting already at various stores.  I have found in the past that the best one's are usually right around now - middle of July.  As a school teacher (and mom) I'm always on the lookout for the best sales out there. Staples has some fabulous deals right now, but you need to hurry before they run out! 
**Make note: the $0.01 deals are only valid through Wednesday 7/12.  All other items are available through Saturday 7/16, while supplies last.

Here's how this Staples shopping trip played out:

• Purchased two kid's scissors (2 pk) @ $1 each = $2
• Purchased two Staples brand 1/2 inch stickies (125 pg. flags) @ $0.25 each = $0.50
• Purchased two Staples brand eraser caps (12 ct) @ $0.01 each = $0.02
• Purchased two Staples school glue (4 oz) @ $0.02 each = $0.02
• Purchased two Bic Roundstick pens (8 ct) @ $0.01 each = $0.02
• Purchased two Staples brand multi-purpose copy paper @ $5.99 each minus $5.74 Easy Rebate each = $0.50

Total, including $1.16 sales tax (based on original total before Easy Rebate) =  $4.22
