I paid $1.43 for everything you see here! |
The first thing I do when I enter CVS is to swipe my Extrabucks card for coupons. I was so excited to see that I had earned my $5 for the Beauty Club ($5 EB for every $50 spent). This was really going to bring my total down.
Here's how my shopping trip played out:
- Purchased 2 jars of Vlasic Stackers 2/$4
- Used (2) $0.55 mfg. coupons = $1.45 ea. (total $2.90)
- Purchased 1 CVS AA 10 (+2 free) pk for $6.79
- Received 1 CVS AAA 10 (+2 free) pk for FREE (B1G1 Sale)
- Used $1 CVS coupon from previous EB coupon machine scan = $2.90 ea. (total $5.79)
- Purchased Jet Dry Rinse (8.45 oz) $2.99
- Used $0.75 mfg. coupon = $2.24
- Subtotal was $10.93
- Applied $5 EB coupon from previous purchase = $5.93
- Applied $5 EB coupon for Beauty Club = $.93 + $0.50 sales tax = $1.43!
