Make a paste from 3 parts Arm & Hammer Baking Soda and 1 part water. Use an old toothbrush to scrub the paste into the terminals and wipe with an old rag.
Then coat them with Blistex Lip Balm to keep the corrosion from building back up!

Removing Corrosion Buildup on Car Battery Terminals
